John Doe Bodybuilding Shredded Ops Review

January 22, 2019 By Ben McEvoy

John Doe Bodybuilding has done more for my level of fitness than anyone else. I’ve tried a lot of different fitness products, bought countless muscle building programs, and even signed on to multiple personal training sessions. Nothing has come close to getting me feeling good about my body as the advice from John Doe Bodybuilding. So making Shredded Ops my first self-improvement investment of the year was a no-brainer.

John Doe’s free advice alone got me from a blob of lard to a respectable level of leanness without steroids, without much discomfort, and in just three months.

Shredded Ops John Doe Bodybuilding review

I wrote about my experience more here in this review.

John Doe doesn’t bullshit around. I trust his advice wholeheartedly.

My aim isn’t to look like a bodybuilder or fitness model. If it was, I know John Does’ advice would get me there.

My own aim is a little less hardcore. I just wanna be functionally fit, look good in cool clothes, and have my girl turned out when she sees me get out of the shower.

I haven’t implemented the advice in Shredded Ops yet. I’m coming to the end of a little bulk period. When that wraps up, I’ll dive right into Shredded Ops. But I have read Shredded Ops all the way through and I’m damn excited. Let’s have a look at the low-down in this Shredded Ops Review.

Shredded Ops: Building The Extreme Physique by John Doe Bodybuilding Review

Let’s get one thing straight immediately.

John Doe is f*cking 100% correct when he says this program is NOT for pussies.

Me? I love a gruelling workout. I love those workouts that push you to complete exhaustion and leave you sweating and trembling.

It’s those balls-to-the-wall workouts that give me the most insane pumps and shoot my system full of endorphins.

It’s only after those workouts that I leave the gym with a joyful glow and practically bounce home with a great big smile on my face.

It’s the most punishing workouts that leave me feeling the best about myself.

And it’s the hardest workouts that have forged the best results in my physique.

I’ve bought programs before where the workouts could be done by an infant in their sleep. Not naming names here. *Cough* Vince… *Cough cough* Jason… *Cough Cough Cough* Greg…

So I was freaking ecstatic to see not only a gruelling 8-week workout plan but a way of working out I’ve never seen before.

Sure, if you’re acquainted with the writing at John Doe’s website or if you’ve bought any of his other books (like No-BS Bodybuilding, which is one of the best bodybuilding books I’ve read), you’ll recognise all the same principles and philosophies here in Shredded Ops.

But things are DAMN different.

Obviously I’m not going to go into what the workouts actually entail because that would be giving away the whole book.

Suffice it to say though, you have almost certainly never worked out like this before.

If you’re feeling a bit stale in your training or your results are hitting a plateau, I’ve no doubt that Shredded Ops will shake things up.

Part of me is trembling with excitement to get into the Shredded Ops workout plan.

Another part of me feels sick in the stomach.

I freaking love it.

That’s what this fitness thing is all about!!

Fun and improvement. Joy and passion and pushing yourself.

Mental self-improvement happens at the barbell, not just the physical stuff!

And I can tell Shredded Ops is a program that will really show you what you’re made out.

Before getting into the workout program, John Doe spends a lot of time really preparing you for what lies ahead.

He tells you exactly what to expect and gives concrete, practical, immediately applicable tips regarding diet, lifestyle, and mentality to make sure you get through this beast of a workout program.

You’ve got a ton of appetite suppression tips, a bunch of stuff on injury-proofing yourself, real talk about how a natural athlete can look even better than an athlete on gear, real talk on the ideal physique and how it fits into your life, the best diet recipes for fat loss success, and so much more.

After that, John Doe dives right into the three phase workout system.

And, damn, is this a detailed workout plan.

Absolutely everything is covered. Every part of the workout is explained to you in-depth and John Doe anticipates everything you might be thinking.

There is absolutely no guess-work here. This is solid and you’ll know exactly what to do and how to do it. Whether or not you can actually do it is up to you, your current level of fitness, and mental fortitude.

There’s not much more I can say about Shredded Ops without giving away too much detail. And seeing as I haven’t begun the program yet, I’ll come back and give an update when it’s all over. I know it’s gonna rock though because John Doe’s stuff is without a doubt the best in the fitness industry. It’s a shame he’s not bigger than he is. But most people need their fitness advice sugarcoated and you definitely ain’t gonna get that from John Doe. And I wouldn’t have it any other way.

In the meantime, if you already trust John Doe’s advice like me and have implemented it correctly, check out Shredded Ops. John Doe’s clearly confident in how solid the program is because he’s put a 60-day money-back guarantee on the thing. So you’ve got nothing to lose and everything to gain.

You can check out Shredded Ops here.

Let me know what you think of it. I’ll bet you it’s the most hardcore coolest workout programs you’ve ever seen.
